One of our favorite sessions to photograph are newborn sessions done outside. There is just such an incredibly natural feeling to the shots, but it can be a challenge to leave the sanctuary of your studio. New mothers reaching out to you for photographs of their new baby are short on time and low on sleep. You need to convey a lot of information about your business in an effective an organized manner if you’re going to book that client! We developed these templates for you to be drop-in ready for your newborn business, but certainly you can (and should) customize them to your needs. They can be used by themselves, in an email template program such as Gmail, or in your studio management software (like ShootQ). The intent is not to cover every nuance related to the photographic process, but rather to lay out clear expectations your client can have of you, the photographer, as well as expectations you should have of the client.
