There’s no wrong time to book! Even if we’re traveling, Doug or Courtney is usually available.

• Weddings: Most couples book 12–18 months before their wedding date, but always check availability!
• Portrait Sessions: We recommend booking at least one month in advance, though most clients schedule 2–3 months ahead, especially for fall sessions. You can also book well into next year.
• Headshots: These are more flexible and typically scheduled Monday–Thursday in the late morning.
• Newborns: Sessions can be booked anytime after 20 weeks. If your baby has arrived, please reach out, but availability is not guaranteed.
