Educational resources
Our business resources and contract templates are educational. They are not individualized legal, tax, or accounting advice. A template is a starting point to adapt and have reviewed for your business and location, not a guarantee that it is suitable or enforceable in every situation.
Recommendations and outside websites
Equipment specifications, software requirements and other businesses' offers can change. Check the provider's current information before making a purchase. Outside websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

A material connection is a relationship that could affect how you weigh a recommendation. Our standard is to disclose a material connection clearly next to the recommendation, not only on this page. Contact us if a relationship or disclosure is unclear.
Testimonials and examples
Client and student testimonials describe individual experiences. Excerpts may be shortened without changing their meaning. If someone received something of value connected with a testimonial, such as a discount, free product or free session, our standard is to disclose that with the testimonial. The same standard applies to relevant family, business or personal connections. Our standard is to check a testimonial against the original correspondence or review and the person’s experience with us. We do not request reviews on the condition that they are positive. Photographs and editing examples show particular sessions, images or workflows. They do not promise an identical result for every person or situation.
