Our Photography Portfolio

This is Twig & Olive

Not staged portfolio pieces pulled from a styled shoot, but real sessions with real people. Weddings, families, newborns, maternity, seniors, and couples across Madison and everywhere else we’ve had the privilege of working.

Our style leans natural. We chase good light, we let moments happen, and we pay attention to the in-between stuff that most people forget about five minutes later. Every gallery below links to a deeper collection so you can see the full range of what we do.

Behind the Work

How We Work

We don’t over-direct. No Pinterest boards, no recreating someone else’s session. We show up, read the room, and build the shoot around who you actually are. That’s true whether it’s a 30-minute family session or a 12-hour wedding day.

Our photography portfolio spans more than a decade of work across Madison, Wisconsin and over 20 countries. The style has evolved, but the approach hasn’t: show up prepared, stay present, and let real moments lead. We’ll help with locations, timing, and what to wear if you want that. Need to know where to stand or when to ignore us? We’ll tell you.

We also write and share about what we’ve learned along the way, and we regularly partner with venues like the Garver Feed Mill where we know every corner and every window of light. Most of our clients come back year after year, and that’s the part we’re most proud of. You show up as you are. We handle the rest.
