Wedding Cinematography and Content Creation

A Different Take on Your Wedding

CINEMATOGRAPHY WITH TWIG & OLIVE

A Different Take on Your Wedding

We offer wedding cinematography and content creation alongside our wedding photography. Your wedding photographs freeze emotion in a single frame. They isolate the tears, the laughter, the quiet glances that make your story yours.

Cinematography does something different. It brings motion to those moments. It captures the way your voice cracked during your vows, the collective intake of breath when you turned the corner, and the sound of your best friend’s laugh echoing through the reception. It engages another sense entirely and brings you back to the sensation of the day, not just the sight of it.

TWIG & OLIVE CINEMATOGRAPHY

Why In-House Cinematography?

Your photographer and cinematographer are one Twig & Olive team. They coordinate with each other throughout the day and align color grading, palette, and artistic direction across your photos and film. There’s no second company to manage and no competition for angles. You have one point of contact for both.

A Documentary Approach

We don’t turn your wedding into a film set. We work quietly, with a small, unobtrusive footprint, so you can stay present while we capture the day as it unfolds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding Cinematography & Content Creation FAQ

Cinematography is available exclusively when booked alongside Twig & Olive photography. The whole point of our approach is that your photo and video teams work as one unit, sharing the same creative direction and coordination. That only works when both are in-house.

Your base package includes one dedicated cinematographer who works in close coordination with your photography team. This intentionally small footprint means less disruption and more authentic moments. If you’d like multi-angle coverage for larger celebrations, you can add a second cinematographer.

Your cinematographer and photographer work as one team. They coordinate their positioning, sightlines, and timing throughout the day, so they work around each other instead of competing for the same shots.

Music selection is handled by our editing team to ensure the score perfectly complements the pacing and emotion of your film. All music is professionally licensed and cleared for personal use and social sharing. If you have a song that’s deeply meaningful to you, let us know and we’ll do our best to work it in

Drone coverage is included with your cinematography package at no additional cost. However, we can only fly when conditions allow. Airspace rules and any required FAA authorization must allow it, weather conditions must be safe for flight, and the venue must permit drone operation. If we can’t fly, it won’t affect the rest of your coverage or your investment.

For cinematography, we deliver only finished, fully edited films. The raw cinematography footage needs to be color-graded and isn’t representative of the final product. We want everything you receive to reflect the quality and care we put into your story.

Your social media teaser is delivered within 14 days of your wedding. Your feature film (and ceremony/speeches edits, if added) is delivered within 3 months. If you’ve booked content creation, you’ll have raw clips in your hands within 24 hours and your finished vertical film within 14 days.

Great question. The social media teaser that comes with your cinematography package is a polished, cinematic 30–60 second vertical cut of your feature film. Think of it as a movie trailer. Content creation is a completely different product: it’s raw, energetic, behind-the-scenes vertical video captured throughout the day, designed to feel native to Instagram and TikTok.

Content creation also includes an edited 2–3 minute vertical film delivered within 14 days. You receive the raw vertical footage and a couple of ready-to-share clips within 24 hours.

Many couples book both because they serve very different purposes.

You’ll receive your films three ways: a premium online streaming link you can share with family and friends, a direct digital download, and a beautifully packaged USB keepsake for long-term archival.

Your usage rights for cinematography mirror your photography contract. You have full personal use rights to share, download, and enjoy your films. A separate cinematography contract will be provided alongside your photography agreement.
