Our Twig & Olive studio is at Garver Feed Mill in Madison, Wisconsin. We also photograph on location, where the setting can be part of the story.

Core Branding Session
$500
For an individual or small business that needs a focused set of photographs for a website update or marketing project. We’ll plan the priorities together and keep the session centered on those.

For showing more of the business: the people, the workplace, and the work itself. There’s time for portraits on location and photographs that give them context.

Professional Branding Package

For a business that needs variety across two sessions. We can plan for different locations, seasons, or times of day, instead of fitting every idea into one visit.

Standard Edits address color, light, and tone. Signature Edits add detailed retouching. “All Standard Edits” means the selected photographs from your session, not every camera exposure.

What do you need to show?
Bring the project you’re working on: a website refresh, a new service, or photographs for an ongoing marketing plan. We’ll talk about what’s missing and which pictures will be most useful.
Where does it happen?
Your workspace may tell part of the story. We’ll consider the light, the people involved, and the details worth including. The Professional options also include styling assistance.
How do you want to come across?
We want to understand how you work with people. There’s room for the serious parts of the job and the parts where everybody’s laughing. The photographs should make sense for you.

Professional sessions already include all Standard Edits. If you expect to need a larger set of photographs, choosing a Professional option up front is usually the better value. Additional editing options are available when you need more than your chosen session includes. Tell us your location and deadline when you inquire so we can plan any travel or rush delivery.
Branding photography questions
How is branding photography different from headshots?
A headshot introduces a person. A branding session can also show the work, the space, and the details around them. If you mainly need profile portraits for yourself or your team, see our individual and team headshot options.
Which branding session should I choose?
Choose Core if you need a focused set of five photographs, at our studio or on location. Choose the Professional Session if you want an hour at your business and a larger set, with all Standard Edits and three Signature Edits. Choose the Professional Package if one visit won’t cover it and you need two dates or multiple locations. If you’re unsure, tell us what the photographs need to do and we’ll help you choose.
Can you photograph at our business?
Yes. Core can take place at our Madison studio or on location. The Professional Session and Professional Package are on-location options. Share the address and a little about the space when you get in touch.
How should we prepare for a branding session?
Start with where the images will appear and what you want someone to learn about the business. Think about the people, tools, products, or parts of the space that help show that. Every fixed session includes a planning consultation, and the Professional options include styling assistance.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. You can tell us what feels comfortable and what doesn’t. We’ll help with the photographs as we go, and we’ll also look for opportunities to show you doing the work you know.
How many photographs are included?
Core includes five Standard Edits. The Professional Session includes all Standard Edits plus three Signature Edits. The Professional Package includes all Standard Edits plus eight Signature Edits across the two-session package. We select the photographs from the session; we don’t promise a fixed total for the “all Standard Edits” options. Standard Edits address color, light, and tone. Signature Edits add detailed retouching.
When will we receive our photographs?
The fixed branding sessions include 14-day delivery. For the two-session package, we’ll confirm how delivery works across both dates while we plan. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for $100. Let us know your deadline while we plan the session. Timing for custom projects is part of the quote.
Can we photograph on more than one date or at multiple locations?
Yes. The Professional Branding Package includes two 60-minute sessions and multiple locations. It can be useful for showing different seasons, settings, or parts of your business. Larger projects can be planned through a custom quote.
Can we discuss video as well as photographs?
Yes. A Custom Branding Solution can include video or design work alongside photography. Tell us what you need to make, where you’ll use it, and your timeline so we can discuss the right scope.
