Let’s talk color. You love it and we love it. Some colors go really well together and some … do not. (Notice how there is no bright pink or tiffany blue in any palette below.)

These are some of our favorite modern color palettes along with some samples of how they look at weddings we’ve photographed. You can always see more samples over on our Pinterest page.

Know what else we can’t get enough of? Floral. Flowers by the boatloads. Petals and vines are far as you can see … you get the idea. We want to get your creative juices flowing in how you can add a lot of texture and zest to your décor and keep it within a sensible budget.

Quick tip: Like the look of floral but not the price tag that often accompanies it? Talk to your florist about adding in heaps of greenery (eucalyptus for example). This will give you a full textured look without breaking the bank!
