If we had to pick one Photoshop Action Set that we use every single day, it would hands-down be our Photoshop Workflow Skin and Tone Action set. No photo with a close-up should go out of your studio without it! Evens out skin tone, banishes dark eye shadows, brightens eyes and removes ruddy skin tones on everyone from newborns to grandma. Simply play the action on your image and brush on the effect with your opacity brush and flatten. We’ve also thrown in Twig & Olive’s favorite tonal enhancements and our finishing actions should you need a few more tweaks. You can use this set on its own or have it work alongside our other Photoshop and Photoshop CC actions, as well as with our Lightroom Presets. As with all of our actions, these work best on images taken in open shade or during golden hour.

This product is compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS6 (and likely CS5 but untested) and all versions of Adobe Photoshop CC. This product is not intended for use with Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Lightroom CC, Adobe Lightroom Classic CC or Adobe Lightroom Mobile.

Because “one-click actions” don’t truly exist, before you apply the effect you must adjust your basic levels (such as exposure, contrast, warmth, shadows, and highlights) to your desired endpoint. After you run the action of your choosing, you can adjust the opacity on each layer to your personal taste, flatten, and you’re done! It’s essential to get your lighting done correctly in-camera as that cannot truly be fixed in editing.

Actions are only a small part of final image production. Time of day, gearing choices, lenses, angles, and depth of field will all have a much more profound effect on your images as opposed to any action. Consider these if you’re unhappy with the results of your edit.

All Photoshop Actions, Lightroom Presets, ACR Settings, Photography Education Courses, Guides, Templates, Marketing Materials or Business Documents are copyrighted by Twig & Olive Photography LLC, which retains all copyrights and moral rights, including those not expressly granted in this agreement, to each and every Photoshop Actions, Lightroom Presets, ACR Settings, Photography Education Courses, Guides, Templates, Marketing Materials or Business Documents, as well as all instructional content, indefinitely.
All Photoshop Actions, Lightroom Presets, ACR Settings, Photography Education Courses, Guides, Templates, Marketing Materials or Business Documents may be used in the production of personal and/or commercial images.
All Photoshop Actions, Lightroom Presets, ACR Settings, Photography Education Courses, Guides, Templates, Marketing Materials or Business Documents may not be resold, redistributed, disseminated, mimicked, reproduced (in whole or in part), or shared in anyway to a third party. The Purchaser, as identified on the Bill of Sale, is allowed One (1) license per person or per business.
Due to the downloadable nature of this product, NO refunds will be given for any reason.

If the Purchaser, as identified on the Bill of Sale, violates the terms of this TERMS OF USE, irreparable harm shall occur, and money damages shall be insufficient to compensate Photographer. Therefore, Twig & Olive Photography LLC shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (i.e., a court order) to enforce these TERMS OF USE. The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party reasonable costs, both compensatory and punitive damages, and necessary disbursements and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing these TERMS OF USE.
In the event that there is a dispute regarding these TERMS OF USE, the parties agree these disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. A panel of three arbiters shall be selected, one by each party and the third by agreement of the party-appointed arbiters. Arbitration shall take place in Dane County, Wisconsin and shall be governed by Chapter 788 of the Wisconsin statutes and other applicable Wisconsin law. The decision of the arbiters shall be binding and conclusive as to all disputes and as to all parties to this agreement.
It is agreed that the laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern this agreement.

I’ve never really used Photoshop much because Lightroom usually took care of the majority of my editing needs. After seeing these actions used in Twig and Olive’s Editing Academy, I knew I needed to try it. This is one of the best products that I’ve purchased to use in PS! I love the Baby Soft skin and Eye Brightener along with the Color Pop and Finishing Touch actions. The Flawless Matte finish is one of my favorites! I like that with each action I can control the different parts and adjust the opacity of each one or turn one off to achieve the look I want. This set is so versatile and easy to use. This is my absolute favorite, and it has made me fall in love with editing in Photoshop!
