However, because we provide highly customized services and instant-access digital products, our refund and return terms vary by category.
Photography Services & Session Fees
Retainers and session fees are used to secure your specific date on our calendar. Under the Twig & Olive Return Policy, these fees are generally non-refundable as they prevent us from booking other clients for that time. We understand that emergencies occur; therefore, we allow for rescheduling in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your signed service contract. If you need to cancel, please notify our studio immediately.Custom Prints and Physical Products
Every print, album, and piece of wall art is a custom-made item. Due to the personalized nature of these physical goods, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once an order is sent to our professional lab. This aligns with standard industry practices regarding mail-order merchandise rules for custom goods.- Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost.
- Color Accuracy: We guarantee color accuracy based on our calibrated professional monitors. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by uncalibrated home screens.
