The Twig & Olive Return Policy outlined below is designed to provide clarity for our Madison photography studio clients and online shop customers. We stand behind the quality of our work and educational resources. However, because we provide highly customized services and instant-access digital products, our refund and return terms vary by category.

Photography Services & Session Fees

Retainers and session fees are used to secure your specific date on our calendar. Under the Twig & Olive Return Policy, these fees are generally non-refundable as they prevent us from booking other clients for that time. We understand that emergencies occur; therefore, we allow for rescheduling in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your signed service contract. If you need to cancel, please notify our studio immediately.

Custom Prints and Physical Products

Every print, album, and piece of wall art is a custom-made item. Due to the personalized nature of these physical goods, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once an order is sent to our professional lab. This aligns with standard industry practices regarding mail-order merchandise rules for custom goods.

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Color Accuracy: We guarantee color accuracy based on our calibrated professional monitors. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by uncalibrated home screens.

Digital Products and Preset Collections

Digital products, including Lightroom presets and online courses, are delivered immediately upon purchase. As these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, all digital sales are final. The Twig & Olive Return Policy does not allow for refunds once the download link has been accessed or the course content has been viewed.

Workshops and Education

In-person workshops and mentoring involve significant logistical planning. Refunds for these events are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed during the registration process. Typically, seats are non-refundable but may be transferable to another attendee with prior studio approval.
