Just after a fresh snowfall blanketed Garver Feed Mill, the light turned soft and diffused in that rare way that only happens on snowy afternoons. This couple arrived at their Washington Island lakefront session already laughing, already at ease, and the rocky shoreline and golden hour light did the rest. Messy Nature in the City | Wildflower Field Engagement Session

2026-03-30T11:43:06-05:00November 10, 2021|Couples and Engagement Photo Blog|

This couple brought their dog to their wildflower field session at Garver Feed Mill, and we knew immediately it was going to be effortless. Golden hour light, unmanicured blooms in the middle of the city, and genuine moments of connection, no direction needed. See what happens when you find beauty hiding right next to your favorite Madison coffee shop.
