RaeAnn & Tyler’s Colorful Rooftop Celebration at The Loft at 132
Bold florals, a rooftop ceremony under wide open sky, and two people who could not stop smiling at each other. That’s what we walked into for RaeAnn and Tyler’s spring wedding. These The Loft at 132 wedding photos tell the story of a couple who brought serious energy to every moment. From getting-ready details inside the loft’s exposed brick walls to golden hour portraits in the countryside, this one had it all.
Color, Texture, and the Best Kind of Getting-Ready Energy
The details for this wedding hit different. RaeAnn’s bouquet from Pocket Full of Posies was packed with king protea, bright orange gerbera daisies, deep burgundy dahlias, and lush peonies. Honestly, it was one of the most striking arrangements we’ve photographed. Against the industrial brick and warm wood tones inside the loft, those colors jumped right out of the frame.
Getting ready upstairs gave us gorgeous window light. RaeAnn’s lace gown hung from a red ladder against a brick wall. That kind of unexpected texture is a photographer’s dream. Her bridesmaids helped with the final adjustments. Then there was this sweet moment where she held their little girl close by the tall windows. The light wrapped around both of them perfectly.
Meanwhile, Tyler suited up in navy with suspenders downstairs at the bar. His groomsman helped him dial in the look. His mom pinning on the boutonniere got us, too. Those quiet moments always do.
Rooftop Vows Under a Late-May Sky
If you’re considering The Loft at 132 for your wedding, know this: that rooftop is something special. Clear blue sky stretched out in every direction. String lights hung overhead added just enough warmth to the modern setting. RaeAnn came down the aisle flanked by both parents, beaming the entire way. Tyler didn’t take his eyes off her once.
The ceremony was intimate and joyful. Their wedding party stood close, bold bouquets catching the afternoon sun. After the vows, we pulled in tight for the first kiss. The rooftop gave us a clean, dramatic backdrop with nothing competing for attention. This is the kind of Sun Prairie wedding photography we love. The setting does half the work, and the couple brings the rest.
Golden Hour in the Fields
After the ceremony, we took RaeAnn and Tyler out for portraits. That’s one of the hidden perks of this venue. Within a short walk, there are quonset huts, overgrown fields, old barns, and patches of wildflowers. It feels like a completely different world than the sleek loft space. The contrast is incredible.
Golden light hit just right as they walked along the road together. Then we found a field of purple phlox, and they stepped right in without hesitation. These two were completely relaxed, and honestly, that is when we do our best work. The veil caught the breeze while they pressed their foreheads together. We barely had to direct anything. One frame after another just landed.
String Lights, Greenery, and a Full Dance Floor
Back inside the loft, the reception space was transformed. Greenery hoops hung from the ceiling above the dance floor. String lights crisscrossed the white steel trusses. Tall greenery centerpieces anchored every table. The welcome sign for “RaeAnn & Tyler” sat next to a lantern display that set the tone before guests even found their seats. All of it felt intentional but never overdone.
The cake table deserves its own moment. A two-tier semi-naked cake topped with bright fresh flowers sat alongside cupcake trays from DBar Bakery. The whole spread looked as good as it tasted. For the cake cutting, we shot from close range. That’s where the real expressions live. RaeAnn laughing mid-slice was the kind of frame that makes a gallery.
Their first dance under those greenery hoops brought the warmth full circle. RaeAnn wrapped her arms around Tyler’s neck, and the whole room softened. These The Loft at 132 wedding photos end right where they should. Two people completely wrapped up in each other while everyone they love watches from the glow around them.
