Summer Sunset with Their Pup | August Sunset Engagement Session
Golden hour at Token Creek Park delivered exactly what we were chasing that August evening: wildflowers in full bloom, that spilling light, and a chocolate Lab in a bandana who had other ideas about who should be the focus. The best engagement sessions happen when couples stop posing and start living, and this meadow made that easy.
Fresh Air and First Photos | Outdoor Summer Newborn Session
Three tiny girls nested in wicker baskets among late-season wildflowers at Garver Feed Mill. We photographed them as the sun dropped low, painting everything in warm golden light while they slept peacefully through the entire session. Simple, unhurried, and absolutely magical.
Stories Worth Telling | Cherry Blossoms Family Session
Two kids, forsythia in full bloom, and cherry blossoms overhead, the Tidal Basin delivered everything we hoped for. The best part? Watching them play freely while we captured the real moments, like that final frame of Mom and Dad with their foreheads touching, laughing at something we weren't meant to hear.
“She Loves Him So Much” | Token Creek Early Fall Family
That look a big sister gives her little brother? The one you can't pose or direct, only wait for and capture. This Token Creek session in early fall gives us that golden moment, frozen forever.
The Good Stuff | Summer Golden Hour Family Session
Golden light, wildflowers, and two kids running wild through Token Creek Park. We timed this session for that magical last hour before sunset, and caught the kind of moments that end up on your wall, not buried in a folder, the parents sneaking a kiss while their little ones raced through the grass, completely unaware of how perfect it all looked.
The Sweetest Start | Newborn Studio Portrait Session
Tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, and the softest light we could shape. This newborn session reminded us why the quiet moments stay with us longest, especially when big sister's genuine grin steals every frame.
“So Many I Loved” | Garver Wildflower Family Session
Wildflowers surrounded this family at Garver Feed Mill, but it was one unscripted moment that stole the show: dad laughing while the kids climbed all over him. When a mama says there were too many favorites to choose just one, you know the session captured something real.
A Family Worth Celebrating | Garden Session
This family showed up to Central Park's Conservatory Garden ready to play, and we were right there capturing the chaos. Three kids spinning down stone paths, genuine tickle-pile moments, and golden fall light through the trees. Sometimes the best family photos happen when nobody's posing.
“Hard to Pick Just One” | North Mendota Wildlife Family Session
This North Mendota Wildlife Area session gave the family so many keepers that mama had to pick two favorites. Golden August light, open prairie, and a family completely at ease created something rare: a gallery where almost every frame feels like the one.
