Two kids who couldn't stop laughing, a baby on the way, and a sky full of drama over golden prairie grass. This McCarthy Park session had the kind of unscripted energy we never get tired of capturing. One tender moment in the tall grass ended up being one of our favorites from the entire evening.
Running Wild | Summer Milestone Session
She showed up barefoot and completely in charge of the evening. At Cherokee Marsh, we followed her lead through golden light and wildflowers, and captured one unplanned portrait with those enormous blue eyes that stopped us mid-cull. This is what happens when nobody's trying to pose.

This winter session at Token Creek Park captured something beyond the bump, a couple's genuine joy at expecting, glowing against the muted landscape. The bare branches and soft light created the perfect canvas for their happiness to shine through.
Snow Day with the Pup | Snowy Winter Maternity Session
Fresh snow has a way of slowing everything down, and at Token Creek Park in DeForest, this expectant couple and their enthusiastic pup led us through the powder into pure magic. Golden hour light cut through bare trees as their dog finally tired out at their feet, and they leaned into each other in a moment we'll never forget. That's the frame.
