The Bowery Barn has this incredible stone farmhouse on the property. It’s one of our favorite spots to start a wedding day. Amy got ready upstairs with her mom and bridesmaids while Daniel and the guys suited up downstairs. The head table backdrop featured a wooden “Mr & Mrs” sign, lanterns, and a “better together” script that felt personal without being overdone. Every detail had this handcrafted, intentional quality.

The cake deserves its own mention. Two tiers, white frosting, hand-painted sunflowers, and “A + D” carved into what looked like a tree trunk design. It sat on a wood slab, and honestly, it was the perfect visual summary of the entire day. Rustic but polished. Sweet but not fussy. A photo display on a vintage easel held printed snapshots of their relationship, and guests kept stopping to look through them.

Daniel and Amy’s first dance was all purple and amber light under that curved barn ceiling.
