We offer four portrait sessions: Mini, Deluxe, Adventure and Generations. They differ in how much time we spend together, how many edited photographs you receive and which printed pieces are included.

The four sessions

Whichever you choose, expect play, exploration and time to simply be together while we photograph it. Each session lists two times: the booking, and the photography time within it. Newborn Mini and Deluxe sessions are 30 and 60 minute bookings, and the 20 and 45 minute photography times on the cards apply to our other portrait sessions.

Adventure Session

About 75 minutes of photography outdoors in a 90-minute booking, with room to wander, play and explore. You receive all of your edited files and an Artisan Wood Print Box of 50 selected 4x6 prints.

Deluxe Session

About 45 minutes of photography in a 60-minute booking, with all of your edited files. One 11x14 Studio Satin Print is included, so you’ll have something for the wall along with the complete set of files.

Generations Session

The session for extended family, with the same amount of time as Adventure: about 75 minutes of photography in a 90-minute booking, all edited files and an Artisan Wood Print Box of selected 4x6 prints. Mini Session

About 20 minutes of photography in a 30-minute booking, with 10 selected edited files. It’s a good fit when you’d like a small set of favorites from a short session.
Twig & Olive's Mini Session—an ideal opportunity for those seeking a quick and delightful photo update for their family or a special focus on the little ones. This concise session is designed for efficiency without compromising on quality. Capture the essence of your family or highlight your children's personalities in a short and sweet photo shoot. We typically deliver galleries of 35-45 images, and your selection of ten images is included with your purchase. (Additional images are available for purchase as well as prints and frames.) Perfect for those looking for a brief yet impactful photography experience, our Mini Session promises to deliver beautiful, memorable moments in a convenient package.

After you purchase, contact the studio and we’ll arrange your date, time and location together. A purchase by itself does not reserve a date, so reach out when you’re ready. You’re also welcome to contact us before you buy if you have questions.

Does buying a session reserve a date?

No. Buying a session covers the session itself, and the date, time and location are arranged with the studio. Contact us after you purchase, or before if you’d like to talk through options first.

Which session is for extended family?

Generations. It gives grandparents, parents, children and other relatives the same amount of time as the Adventure session, with the focus on the connections between generations.

Can I see examples of my kind of session?
