“My favorite image from my recent session is the photo below! Most of all, I love how perfectly it captures my daughter’s genuine happy smile. It seems like those smiles are so hard to capture in everyday life because as soon as you pull out your phone or camera it spoils the moment, but now I have an image to be able to look back on and remember her sweet smile at this age. I like how it feels more candid than posed and the way it feels like it captured the moment of our family laughing together and our authentic connection. Artistically, I like how it’s close up, not centered on all of us perfectly, and my daughter is the focus, which makes it stand out against what you would expect for a typical smile-at-the-camera family photo.
